Subcontracting
Flynn Paving specializes in service contracts and only uses sub contractors who perform at a high level. Subcontractors are graded annually on their performance.
We were ISO 9002 approved in 2004, and have a variety of measurement tools in regards to self performed work or subcontracted work.
